Herocare helps individuals and organizations find qualified caregivers and manages the entire workflow as they deliver care.
The goal here was to streamline the process of finding and managing caregivers. Individuals and businesses are guided through the process step-by-step beginning with a walkthrough where they state their preferences. I also worked on dashboards for staying up-to-speed with everything from one place.

The guided walkthrough ensures the caregivers shown at the end are the most relevant for the user’s needs.
Users are presented with recommended caregivers that they can shortlist and interview.
